Map element
The Map element embeds an interactive Google Map of a place in a widget, such as your store's location in a "Visit us" popup. It's display-only: it has no action or automations.
Available on: all platforms.
URL format
The Maps URL must be a Google Maps place URL that contains /maps/place/<name>/, with the slash after the name. For example:
https://www.google.com/maps/place/East+Palo+Alto,+CA/To get one, search for the place on Google Maps in a desktop browser and copy the address bar URL. Any URL without /maps/place/…/ shows nothing. That includes short share links (maps.app.goo.gl/…), embed codes and directions links.

Behavior details and limitations
- Google Maps only. Other map providers aren't supported.
- No API key needed. The map is embedded through Google's Maps embed; you don't need your own Google key.
- Only the place is used. Zoom level, layers or a route in the URL are ignored; the map centers on the place.
- Maps are heavy on mobile. Consider Show on: Desktop and a text address with a link for phones.
Example
A callout on the contact page: a headline "Visit our flagship store", the map of the store, and a button Open URL to the Google Maps directions link in a new tab.
